KEPUASAN KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN LOYALITAS KERJA PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMASI KABUPATEN POHUWATO

Abstract


Purpose of this research is to examine the effect of job satisfaction, work discipline, work
environment and work loyalty on employee performance at the Pohuwato Regency
Communication and Information Office. The method used is quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis models to analyze the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research results show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
