PT. Putra Guna Jaya Mulia Medan is a service company in the field of flour distributor, while as consumers are companies in Medan. Currently the results of distribution of product shipments to consumers are felt by the management that it is not optimal. This is because until now there has been no planning, preparation of distribution so that the method of implementation is less effective and efficient. With this problem, a research will be carried out on the Planning Analysis and Arrangement of Goods in the Warehouse Against Distribution at PT. Putra Guna Jaya Mulia Medan. This type of research is qualitative research, data collection is carried out in natural settings (natural conditions), primary data sources, and data collection techniques are mainly participant observation, and in-depth interviews and documentation. The analysis  data of this research is descriptive analysis which means analyzing the data for the problems of the independent variables. The results of this research are planning carried out by PT. Putra Guna Jaya Mulia Medan is good enough, because they plan carefully, order goods, plan so that the goods are not too long in the warehouse, plan sales targets, plan surveys and cooperate with other warehouses. Regarding the arrangement of goods in the warehouse at PT. Putra Guna Jaya Mulia Medan is almost the same as planning, which is good enough, with almost no obstacles to face. The mechanism for arranging goods in the warehouse prioritizes the responsibility, trust and honesty of every employee and employee. This is also an exercise for employees and employees to be resilient, honest and disciplined at work. The level of effectiveness of planning and arranging goods in the warehouse for distribution is good enough and has done all the provisions maximally to achieve a better company. And based on the results of interviews conducted, in terms of planning and arranging goods in the warehouse for distribution, there were almost no obstacles or obstacles that occurred. However, from a logical point of view, if problems are still found, there will still be irregularities in the resources, either beneficial or detrimental, whether small or large
