Peranan Quality Of Work Life Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Employee Engagement Pada PT. Indako Trading Coy Cabang Medan Makmur

ABSTRAK
This research is based on the phenomenon that shows that the quality of work life and job satisfaction cannot work optimally within a company. The purpose of this study was to determine and obtain a study of the Role of Quality of Work Life and Job Satisfaction of Employee Engagement at PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan Makmur Branch.
This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 55 respondents, while the sampling technique used in the study is saturated sampling. The instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests. While the data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with t test, t arithmetic, t table and f table.
The results of the independent variable quality of work life (X1) obtained by t table 0.464 <t table 1.67 and Job Satisfaction obtained t count 6.643 <t table 1.67 with a significant 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected, which means Quality of Work Life has no effect and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. The coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows Adjusted R square 0.575 or 57.5%, which means that variations in the
quality of work life and job satisfaction can be explained by employee engagement variables, the remaining 42.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
