PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI KARYAWAN TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA RUMAH SAKIT MARTHA FRISKA MEDAN

ABSTRACT
Without a high performance, resulting in unfinished work tasks. The poor implementation of tasks performed by employees shows the low performance of employees that will interfere with the process of achieving the goals of the work environment. To provide a common performance, the company must set measurements or work standards so that they can be used as guidelines by every employee. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, in the form of the results of respondents' questionnaire answers. In addition, qualitative data (data not stated in numbers) were also collected, in the form of data on the history of the company, a general description of the company that was applied in the company and the information needed to support this research. From the results of this study partially obtained variables with a significance value smaller than the alpha of 5% or tcount> ttable, 1.914> 1.666. Based on the results obtained, H1 is accepted - Ho is rejected for work environment variables. Thus, partially that the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee work performance at Martha Friska Brayan Hospital Medan. Partially the compensation variable with a significance value is greater than the alpha of 5% or tcount <ttable, 3,832 <1,666. Based on the results obtained, H2 is rejected, Ho is accepted, for the compensation characteristic variable. Thus, partially that the compensation variable does not significantly influence employee performance at Martha Friska Brayan Hospital Medan. The results of the f test in this study are known to be of a greater significance value than the alpha value of 5% or the value of fiting <ftabel, which is 19,244> 3.12. Thus it can be concluded that simultaneously the Work Environment and Compensation did not significantly influence work performance at Martha Friska Brayan Hospital Medan.
