PENGARUH PROFESIONALISME DAN TEAMWORK TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PADA PT. SHIELD ON SERVICE (SOS) INDONESIA MEDAN
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Work performance is the result of quality and quantity of work achieved by an employee or employee in carrying out daily tasks in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Employees or Employees can be said to have good work performance if they can provide the best results in carrying out for work, meaning that employees can reach or exceed certain standards or criteria set by the company.
The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of professionalism on work performance, whether there is an influence of teamwork on work performance and whether there is an influence of professionalism and teamwork on work performance at PT. Shield On Service (SOS) Indonesia Medan.
The research method used is associative method. Associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship of two or more variables. In this study used as many as 75 respondents.
The results showed that based on the results of the t test (partial) the professionalism variable had a t value of 3.518> t-table = 1.66629, with a coefficient b value of 0.451, and a significant level of 0.000. This indicates that the variable coefficient (X1) professionalism has a positive influence of 0.451 on work performance (Y), then it is concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Shield On Service (SOS) Indonesia Medan. Based on the results of the t test (partial) teamwork t value of 4.879> t-table = 1.66629, with a coefficient b value of 0.509, and a significant level of 0.000. This means that the variable coefficient (X2), eamwork has a positive and significant effect on morale (Y), then concluded Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Shield On Service (SOS) Indonesia Medan.
Based on the F test results (in unison) a significant value of 0,000 with a significant level of 0,000 <0.05, because the value of 0,000 is smaller than 0.05 while the F-count professionalism and teamwork variables of 13,838> F-table = 3.12, it can be concluded Ho rejected and hypothesis H3 can be accepted, that is professionalism and teamwork have a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Shield On Service (SOS) Indonesia Medan.
