Author Guidelines
LegalPreneur Journal (LPJ) is a Scientific Journal in the field of law that is published twice a year (Oktober and April) by the Magister of Law Universitas Dharmawangsa.
LPJ is a forum for academics and legal practitioners to disseminate legal knowledge to the wider community in a legal reference field of study in legal journals covering various branches of Comparative Law, Customary Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, International Law, Islamic Law, Environmental Law, Economic Law, Medical Law and other discussions related to the study of law.
Manuscripts that have been received and are ready to be published will be published in the Open Journal System (OJS) gradually. Journal which is currently in the process of preparing and submitting accreditation nationally.
We accept research articles or contemporary legal ideas. Articles that are submitted are original and have never been published anywhere, we hope that you read the Ethics Publications first.
Manuscript Form
Manuscripts received are manuscripts that have never been published before. If the manuscript turns out to have been published, then the legal risk is borne by the author and will get sanctions.
The manuscript can be written in Indonesian (to be translated to English) and can be written in English.
Manuscripts can be in the form of the results of research (research paper) or a review text (thoughts/conceptual) in the field of legal science.
In the script, the writing of foreign language terms is italicized.

Submission Procedure
The author sends the manuscript through :https://jurnal.dharmawangsa.ac.id/index.php/Jurnal_Legalpreneur/index the author can create an account as an author and enter articles online. Authors who have difficulty when sending the manuscript can contact us at contact. The author who has sent the manuscript will receive a receipt for receipt of the manuscript. Note: Manuscripts received will not automatically be published, because they will go through a review process from the editorial board. Authors are required to attach a STATEMENT AUTHENTICITY STATEMENT letter stamped IDR 6,000.00.
Paper Format
The words contained in the manuscript is 4000 until 10000 (including footnotes and abstract)
The sequence of manuscript following: Title (Author Name, Affiliation, Email); Abstract; Keywords; Introduction; Method (for original research); Analysis and Discussion; Conclusion; Acknowledgement (if any); and Reference.
Title Must Not More Than 16 Words In English In Case There Is A Specific Word Not In English, It Must Be Written In Italic (Align Text Left, Capitalize Each Word, Bold, Bookman Old Style, Size 16, Single-Spaced)
Abstract consists of 100-300 words which should be written in one paragraph. The writing should be in Bookman Old Style, size 10, justify, italic with single space. The abstract should be concise, clear, descriptive, and comprehensive. It should provide a brief overview of the article, reasons for the selection or the importance of the topic, purposes, and a summary of the result and discussion/analysis or conclusion. For an article based on research, it should explain in brief the research problem and research method.
Keywords arranged by alphabetically and should have at least two keywords and maximum of five keywords separated by a semicolon (Align Text left, Italic, Bookman Old Style, size 10, single-spaced)
The introduction should describe the background, specify the issue(s) and explain the purpose(s) of writing. In case the article is a research result, it should explain the purpose(s) or the formulation of the problem(s) and research method. JLPR encourages a literature review that reflects state of the art from the previous similar studies in order to prove, or as a basis, that the research has a new and important contribution. footnoting example[1]
In this research methodology section contains the type of legal research that will be used as a scientific process to obtain research data. Specifically, in texts that use a conceptual approach in analyzing problems in research, it is not permissible to include CHAPTER METHOD. The emphasis of the conceptual approach is only included in the abstract section. It may be further divided into subsections and sub sub-sections. Analysis and discussion include a description of the results of research on the problems that are the focus of research or the results of studies with a conceptual approach. If in this analysis and discussion there are things that need to be clarified and detailed according to the problem and using sub-chapters. It may be further divided into subsections and sub sub-sections. (Align Text left, Bookman Old Style, Capitalize Each Word, Bold size 12, single-spaced)

The conclusions contain answers and ideas/brief suggestions of the problems that are the focus of the study, or the results of the conceptual approach. Conclusions are made in 1 (one) paragraph by combining answers and ideas/suggestions. The conclusion should clearly indicate in brief the result(s) that is obtained, advantages and disadvantages, as well as the possibility of further development or research. The conclusion(s) should capture the research purpose(s). The author may also provide a recommendation(s), but it is not mandatory.
Add if needed by the author. Acknowledgement is a thank you to the author's institution originated, if the institution has a large contribution (both morally, or materially) to the writings of the author.
Writing a bibliography (reference) arranged alphabetically by not classifying sources of references that have been quoted (specifically the results of interviews with respondents, not included in the bibliography), References used at least 80% sourced from journal citations that can / easily be traced, and 20% from other reference sources. For book reference sources, have a maximum 10 year publication year (including journals) and are prohibited from using references from blogs and Wikipedia. References. By submitting the article/manuscript of the article, the author(s) agree with this policy. No specific document sign-off is required.
1. License
The article will be governed by the Creative Commons Attribution license as currently displayed on Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License
2. Author(s)' Warranties
The author warrants that the article is original, written by stated author(s), has not been published before, contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright that is vested exclusively in the author and free of any third party rights, and that any necessary written permissions to quote from other sources have been obtained by the author(s).
3. User Rights
The spirit of Legal Preneur (JLPR) is to disseminate articles published are as free as possible. Under the Creative Commons license, JLPR permits users to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work. Users will also need to attribute authors and JLPR on distributing works in the journal and other media of publications.
4. Rights of Authors
Authors retain all their rights to the published works, such as (but not limited to) the following rights;
- Copyright and other proprietary rights relating to the article, such as patent rights,
- The right to use the substance of the article in own future works, including lectures and books,
- The right to reproduce the article for own purposes,
- The right to self-archive the article,
- The right to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the article's published version (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
5. Co-Authorship
If the article was jointly prepared by more than one author, any authors submitting the manuscript warrants that he/she has been authorized by all co-authors to be agreed on this copyright and license notice (agreement) on their behalf, and agrees to inform his/her co-authors of the terms of this policy. JLPR will not be held liable for anything that may arise due to the author(s) internal dispute. JLPR will only communicate with the corresponding author.
6. Royalties
Being an open accessed journal and disseminating articles for free under the Creative Commons license term mentioned, author(s) aware that JLPR entitles the author(s) to no royalties or other fees.
7. Miscellaneous
JLPR will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article’s editorial process is successfully completed. JLJ's editors may modify the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers as mentioned in point 3.
