Here is a guide for aspiring writers:
- Articles consist of title, author names, affiliations and abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, and bibliography.
- Manuscripts must be in Indonesian or English.
- Articles may be based on conceptual or empirical research findings. Articles should address issues of international/global concern and interest. Issues may speak to and address local contexts but must have significance for broader regional, global, and collective interests.
- The content of a research paper should include an introduction (problem, research questions, research objectives and theories), methodology, findings, discussion, and conclusions and recommendations.
- Articles must be original manuscripts and free from plagiarism and must first be checked using the Plagiarism Checker X or Turnitin application or similar.
- Articles must be above 4000-5000 words with specified paper size and margins.
- All manuscripts will be reviewed by academic reviewers who are qualified in the field; this is a process that may take weeks or months.
- Manuscripts may be styled before publication. Authors must follow the internal style of Khazanah: Journal of Islamic Studies (download TEMPLATE).
- Authors must be willing to respond to questions from reviewers of their articles. The Editorial Board of Tazkiyyah: Journal of Islamic Education appreciates your patience and persistence while your manuscript is being processed and reviewed. Attitudes that show impatience and anxiety will not be entertained.
- References (Endnotes and references) follow the American Psychological Association (APA) format. References are sourced from books and articles of accredited national journals, especially well-known international journals. (We also require authors to use Mendeley reference management.
- Articles are processed for 7-10 weeks until published.
