PEMETAAN PERILAKU INOVATIF PEKERJAAN SEBAGAI MEDIASI ANTARA KEPEMIMPINAN PELAYAN DAN KEPUASAN KERJA HOTEL DI JAWA BARAT

Abstract


Servant leadership sebagai gaya kepemimpinan yang berfokus pada pengembangan pegawai hingga potensi penuh mereka di bidang efektivitas tugas, pelayanan masyarakat, motivasi diri, dan kemampuan kepemimpinan masa depan. Di mana didasarkan pada gagasan bahwa servant leadership mengakui bahwa mereka memiliki tanggung jawab moral, tidak hanya terhadap keberhasilan organisasi, tetapi di semua pemangku kepentingan termasuk karyawan, pelanggan, dan manajemen lainnya. Di mana keterlibatan karyawan sebagai penghubung menjadi kunci menuju kesuksesan organisasi dimana  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Menganalisa pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap innovative work behaviour, Menganalisa pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Job Satisfaction, Menganalisa pengaruh innovative work behavior terhadap Job Satisfaction. Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan tehnik penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantiatif. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dilakukan pengujian hubungan variabel untuk melihat pengaruhnya sehingga penelitian ini akan berbentuk Hypotheses Testing. Data dalam penelitian ini akan dikumpulkan dalam satu kesempatan dimana hal ini merupakan jenis pengambilan data cross sectional. Untuk mengumpulkan data, dilakukan penyebaran kuisiner langsung kepada karyawan yang merupakan unit analisis dalam penelitan ini.   Dari hasil analisis peneliti pengujian Goodness of fit  diketahui terdapat satu kriteria yang memenuhi persyaratan goodness of fit yaitu CMIN/DF dengan nilai  2.218 < 5 sehinga model penelitian ini dikatakan telah goodness of fit. Hasil pengujian hipotesis 1 menunjukan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai estimate sebesar 0.529. Nilai ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari servant leadership  terhadap innovative work behaviour.
